Responsibilities
Assist the Technical Account Management team in developing and enhancing AI-driven tools, reports, and workflows
Use AI models and automation platforms to generate customer focused insights, summarize security activity, and streamline TAM processes
Help maintain and improve internal knowledge resources using AI (e.g., report templates, summarization tools, dashboards)
Support TAMs in preparing customer ready materials that clearly communicate technical information and security trends
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, support, and services teams when needed
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas on how AI can improve customer engagement and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Familiarity with AI tools, language models, data analysis, or automation platforms (coursework, personal projects, or prior experience all welcome)
Interest in cybersecurity, secure data practices, threat intelligence, or adjacent technology fields
Strong customer focused mindset—you enjoy thinking about how technology can improve user experience and customer outcomes
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and professionally
Problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
