Responsibilities
Designing, building, and releasing software features and bug fixes for the Relias’ platform as a senior engineer developer
Leading and growing a team of software engineers in an Agile environment
Recommending strategies for complex technical problems
Developing domain and technology knowledge, including services, methodologies, strategies, standards, tools, and best practices for development processes
Acting as an agile delivery lead and actively participating in backlog management, sprint planning, feature refinement, agile
Qualification
Required
3 years leading, mentoring, and developing technical talent
7+ years experience in software development
2 - 5 years of .NET Core, C#
1+ years of SQL Server
Experience with ASP.NET Web Forms
Experience with Agile methodology and SDLC
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
Microsoft AZ-900: Azure Fundamentals Certification (if certification is not current must be obtained within the first 60 days of employment)
AZ-204 Certification (if certification is not current must be obtained within six months of start date and maintained on an annual basis)
Hands-on experience with system design, service-oriented architecture, and microservices
Strong understanding of the following technologies: Object Oriented languages such as C# or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Typescript, and Angular, SQL Server or other relational databases, Public cloud-hosted solutions like Azure, AWS, GCP
Experience leading engineering teams and delivering using an agile methodology
Demonstrated competence in problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills
Strong communication skills and ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to mentor and grow a team of software engineers
Preferred
1+ years of using a modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Svelte, etc.)
Mobile Development Experience
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps
Experience with Microsoft Azure
