Responsibilities
Maintains communication with staff and observes staff to monitor program strengths and weaknesses
Knowledge of Developmental Disabilities and reporting procedures in their local Counties
Sufficient knowledge and experience to administer effective and ongoing operations of the Developmental Disabilities services
Responsible for the overall operation of PALS Developmental Disabilities Services
Skill in providing supervision
Must have a current and valid Driver’s License
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited university with a minimum of a Bachelors Degree preferred, and with at least four (4) years' experience in working with persons with Developmental Disabilities
Must have knowledge of the principles and practices of the discipline
Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written skills
Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
Must have appropriate experience and administrative capabilities
Maintains current annual training requirements
Must successfully complete all criminal background screens annually
Must have a current and valid Driver's License
Preferred
Fluency in American Sign Language desired
