Responsibilities
Design, configure, and customize D365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing) to align with organizational objectives and evolving business needs
Develop and implement Power Automate flows, plugins, and custom integrations between D365 CE and other enterprise systems
Provide technical leadership for solution architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices
Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for marketing automation platforms, specifically Dotdigital and similar tools
Design and optimize customer journey workflows, campaign automation, and data synchronization between CRM and marketing platforms
Collaborate with marketing teams to maximize platform capabilities and drive engagement strategies
Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries, translating business requirements into technical solutions
Conduct system testing, user training sessions, and comprehensive post-implementation support
Prepare clear documentation, present solution recommendations to leadership, and facilitate cross-functional workshops
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE implementation, customization, and support
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL for developing customizations and extensions
Strong working knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dynamics SDK, and REST APIs
Experience integrating CRM systems with third-party applications and data sources
Demonstrated experience with marketing automation platforms such as dotdigital, HubSpot, or similar tools
Understanding of email marketing, campaign management, and customer data platform concepts
Background in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Preferred
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Power Platform
Experience with Azure services and cloud architecture
