Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Three years of full-time paid experience managing comprehensive communication programs which included responsibility for program development and implementation and liaison responsibilities with representatives from the community and public and private sectors
One year of this experience must have been as a leadworker over professional communications staff
A valid California Driver License, Class C or higher, shall be required at the time of appointment
