Business Process Analyst 1
Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) empowers Ohioans with disabilities through various services, and they are seeking a Business Process Analyst 1. This role involves identifying, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for IT solutions while serving as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.

Responsibilities
Facilitate requirement gathering sessions and other meetings with stakeholders to discuss and document business requirements, desired features, objectives, and acceptance criteria
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure successful communication between project team members
Conduct research and provide consultation on solutions to address business requirements
Evaluate proposed and existing processes for inefficiencies and offer solutions to customers
Provide project planning and coordination for IT projects
Lead demonstration meetings to showcase proposed solutions and confirm requirements are met
Obtain customer documentation to ensure all requirements have been fulfilled before pushing solutions to production
Qualification
Required
36 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions
Completion of associate core program in computer science or information systems; AND 18 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions
Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration; AND 12 months combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions
Equivalent of education and/or experience per Minimum Class Qualifications noted above
Strong verbal and written communication skills to develop reports, present findings, and interact with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using task management, data visualization, and other relevant software
Analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvement
Proficiency in using reporting software, spreadsheets, and other office technologies
Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and recommend solutions
Excellent numerical and analytical skills
