Senior Interaction Designer, Differentiated Pixel Experiences UX

Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions
Contribute to the product area, and develop perspectives working closely with the rest of the Research and Strategy (R&S) team
Drive both UX strategies and tactical executions for areas of ownership. Define processes and best practices to advance collaboration across teams and Cross-Functional (XFN) partners
Direct the execution of Pixel VIP v2 features and shape its future
Learn and influence other designers on the team to up-level UX executions across our product areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
Experience with 0-to-1 mobile design work
Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions)
Preferred
Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization
2 years of experience leading design projects
Experience shepherding products from concept to launch on mobile devices, and incorporating user research findings into product design
Understanding of user-centered and interaction design principles with best practices
Comfortable switching between low-level, specific product details and high-level ecosystem needs
