Responsibilities
Work on analyzing/visualizing and/or developing algorithms on wearable and digital devices data
Develop Python code for signal processing, AI and machine learning algorithms
Analyze and visualize data related to wearable devices (e.g. actigraphy device) and time series signals (e.g. ECG data)
Use tools like Databricks or SageMaker for development, Azure Devops for code versioning and agile project management
Meet regularly with their supervisor
Prepare and give regular presentations on their work progress to the supervisor and the rest of the team
Participate in regular team meetings and may collaborate with the rest of the team on items that facilitate their work
Qualification
Required
Must be a current student enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing at least a bachelor's degree
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
Preferred
An in progress doctorate degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline preferred
