Responsibilities
Own onboarding and ongoing servicing for US private credit clients
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for client finance and operations teams
Oversee execution across the loan lifecycle, including onboarding, cash activity, reconciliations, and reporting
Manage complex scenarios, exceptions, and client-specific requirements
Help define scope of services, operating procedures, and quality standards
Establish repeatable workflows, controls, and escalation paths
Drive consistency and operational rigor across clients
Partner with product and engineering to operationalize AI-driven workflows
Translate client operational requirements into system and process improvements
Identify automation gaps and work to reduce manual effort over time
Support late-stage sales discussions and client diligence as an operational subject-matter expert
Assist with implementation scoping and complexity assessment
Identify expansion opportunities within existing client relationships
Contribute to defining future operations roles and hiring profiles
Mentor junior operations staff as the team scales
Qualification
Required
6–10 years of experience in private credit operations, fund administration, or loan servicing
Direct exposure to US private credit, venture debt, or direct lending funds
Strong understanding of loan lifecycle processes, cash management, and reporting
Client-facing experience working with senior finance and operations stakeholders
Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment with evolving processes
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
