Responsibilities
Execute against sourcing strategies for assigned categories as dictated by the Strategic Sourcing Manager
Manage the PO process from beginning to end
Engage with Demand Planning to optimize raw and pack inventory levels
Facilitate the relationship between Quality Food Safety and suppliers to quickly and efficiently resolve quality concerns
Ensure a smooth launch for new product releases, ensuring the right material is at the right location at the right time
Recommend efficiencies and opportunities to drive down supply chain costs
Utilize data to track supplier delivery performance
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in business or science-related discipline (minimum requirement)
1 year of experience in supply chain role, direct raw materials experience strongly preferred
Experience working cross functionally in diverse teams
Knowledge of supply chain processes and ability to implement frameworks in new product categories
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to engage at a variety of levels within the organization
Critical thinking and problem-solving
Data analysis
Sense of urgency coupled with attention to detail
Collaboration across cross-functional teams
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or science related role
