Responsibilities
Support operations and sustainment of a Zero Trust Architecture
Create documentation to describe the inner workings of the 2PGW
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual components
Lead, organize and schedule Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM’s) with internal and external entities
Trouble shoot user issues and report information in a meaningful way
Make process improvement recommendations to increase usability and accessibility for stakeholders
Improve the 2PGW processes to be more intuitive and indispensable to the user community
Qualification
Required
B.S in a related field and 10+ years of relevant experience
5 additional years of experience may be substituted for a B.S
Possess a working knowledge of some of the following technical areas: System/Network Architecture, Ability to analyze access and security protocols, Cross Domain Solutions and services, IC IE Solutions, Operation of forward/reverse proxies, Technical problem solving skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills
