Responsibilities

Train with expert industry professionals to create efficient CNC machine programs to produce the aerospace industry’s most complex, 5-axis machined parts, using drawings or models designed by our OEM customers
Learn first-hand how to create parts machined from aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel using CAD/CAM software
Basic and advanced training in Siemens NX CAD/CAM software
Aluminum and hard metal machining techniques
Process verification using CGTech Vericut software
Create and maintain CNC shop books

Required

Applicant must be a U.S. Person
Knowledge in machine setup and machining (5 axis experience preferred)
Basic ability to read machined part drawings required
Attention to detail and dedication for excellence in producing efficient processes
A self-starter willing to learn and collaborate

Preferred

A degree or certificate in CNC Programming preferred
CNC Machining experience preferred
Experience with CAM (Vericut) software preferred
Knowledge of GD&T preferred
Experience in fixture design concepts preferred
