Responsibilities
Operate in a remote, self-managed professional environment
Engage in leadership and professional development conversations
Respond to inbound enquiries using established systems
Participate in structured alignment and suitability conversations
Share approved educational information and resources
Support onboarding within the leadership education framework
Participate in ongoing training, mentoring, and development
Develop communication, facilitation, and professional influence capability
Manage time, priorities, and professional standards independently
Qualification
Required
Experience in professional development, workforce development, or people & culture
Experience in leadership, management, or team supervision
Experience in training, facilitation, education, or coaching
Experience in advisory, consulting, or client-facing roles
Experience in corporate, government, or not-for-profit environments
Strong communication skills
