Test Technician

Responsibilities
Test Technicians work in a production environment using testing techniques to evaluate circuit boards, electromechanical modules, and RF Payloads and systems
You will need excellent communications skills, work well in active multitasking team environments with competing goals from multiple programs and organizations
The ability to obtain and maintain additional program access as required
Our Technicians are required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, smock, and gloves
All work will be done on 1st shift
This is a full-time (minimum 40 hours per week) position. Overtime is frequently required
Qualification
Required
Typically requires a High School Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 4 years relevant experience
Minimum 1 year experience with electrical schematics
Minimum 1 year experience with RF Testing
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Active and existing security clearance required after day 1
Preferred
Familiarity with Foreign Object Debris/Damage (FOD) and FOD reduction/prevention methods
Prior Testing experience in RF testing environment
