Responsibilities
Create new facilities within the Ignition SCADA software to support operational needs
Collaborate with field technicians to resolve and test new device integrations
Work with support staff to ensure 24/7 availability and reliability of the SCADA system
Troubleshoot communications, device configurations, tag definitions, and SQL table entries to maintain system integrity
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and reliability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required; experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Knowledgeable in database structure and usage
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting complex issues
Knowledge of various automation controllers and industrial protocols such as Modbus, AB, Emerson, MQTT, DNP3
