Responsibilities
Ensure 24/7 on-call coverage and emergency response capabilities within your region
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and clients, fostering transparency and ownership of regional KPIs
Ensure storage unit and truck counts are accurate
Manage and adjust schedules to meet operational priorities
Perform safety audits and ensure safety standards are followed
Coordinate training for technicians in safety, maintenance, and operational techniques
Mentor team members to close skill gaps and encourage professional development, provide first line of support
Ensure audits are conducted to ensure all aspects of technical proficiency, site preservation, vehicles maintenance, and inventory are all up to the Regional Area Manager’s and Enchanted Rock’s standard
Qualification
Required
Experience – at least 5 Years Mechanical and/or Electrical
Education Level - preferred College or Equivalent Training (i.e. Military)
Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to transport materials, equipment, or personnel to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations
Successfully pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check to ensure compliance with company standards and safe driving practices
Scheduling Expertise: Experience managing schedules to meet operational demands
Commitment: Availability for on-call responsibilities during high-demand periods
Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to finding and implementing practical solutions
Detail Oriented: Ability to ensure the proper resources are applied to the issue
Reside in the area of job posting and commute to the Houston office when requested
Acceptable driving record and ability to travel for business purposes
Physical ability to work in field environments, including adverse weather conditions, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing a ladder, and performing physically demanding tasks
