Clinical Research Assistant - Neurology
University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support clinical trials within the Parkinson’s Disease Center. The role involves recruiting and educating patients, assessing eligibility, performing study procedures, and maintaining accurate trial and regulatory documentation.

Responsibilities
Recruit and educate patients for clinical trials
Evaluate potential patient eligibility for clinical trials
Maintain source documents and case report forms (CRF's) for clinical trials
Perform subject visits procedures as needed per education and training
Maintain trial regulatory documentation including correspondence with sponsor, KUMC Human Subject Committee and subjects
Provide written and verbal reports to Principal Investigator and Project Manager as required
Qualification
Required
Four (4) years in basic science, nursing or equivalent. Education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis
Six (6) month experience in clinical research, or equivalent
Experience with regulatory, FDA codes and guidelines for Good Clinical Practices
