Responsibilities
Customer Representation: Serve as the main local point of contact (POC) at customer sites, ensuring professional, timely support and maintaining strong client relationships
Project Management: Track the status of ongoing customer projects, managing the feedback loop, and ensuring the liaison between the customer and internal teams to resolve issues effectively
Market Intelligence: Gather product and market information to understand customer roadmaps and new technology requirements
Strategic Planning: Analyze customer needs to propose product improvement plans and strategic recommendations to the internal R&D and product teams
Business Development: Identify and develop potential business opportunities with both existing and new customers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is required
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within the telecom or power-related industries
Deep familiarity with existing product profiles and market trends in the telecom or power sectors
Strong market development abilities with a keen sensitivity to potential business opportunities
Fluent in English with excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with foreign clients
Ability to quickly integrate into the company culture and adapt to changing work environments
Proactive, 'pioneering' spirit with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Positive personality with a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Thermal industry working experience is a plus
Familiarity with key ecosystem partners (Nokia/ABB/TE) is a plus
