In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
Follow-up on customer interactions to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficient in using computers, customer service software, and telephone systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
