Responsibilities

Lead the Analytics and Business Intelligence pillar of GHQ FinOps, overseeing Power BI development, data product ownership, and BI solution governance for Global Divisions and Corporate Functions
Define, manage, and communicate the Data, BI, and AI roadmap in alignment with organizational goals and priorities
Shape and execute the GHQ FinOps data strategy, ensuring Snowflake data assets enable scalable, accurate, and consistent reporting across the enterprise
Drive experimentation, prototyping, and adoption of GenAI and advanced analytics solutions, ensuring they are grounded in high-quality data, compliant with governance, and scalable across Finance
Drive innovation in reporting—advancing automation, visualization, and analytical capabilities through modern Analytics and BI technologies
Partner with IT, Corporate Functions Analytics and Finance Technology teams to strengthen data integration, pipeline reliability, and metadata governance
Serve as a trusted advisor on financial data, reporting design, visualization best practices, analytics opportunities, and emerging AI capabilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BI analysts and data engineers, promoting collaboration, cross-training, and technical excellence
Support technical skill development in Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, data modeling, AI, and data storytelling to expand team capability and resilience
Collaborate with Finance Forward and functional/regional BI delivery teams to drive global alignment on finance data assets and reporting strategy
Partner with GHQ FinOps leadership on user adoption initiatives, including training, communications, and retirement of legacy reporting
Establish and monitor KPIs for data quality, report usage, refresh timeliness, and pipeline stability to ensure operational excellence
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining reporting processes and ensuring compliance with governance and internal controls

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting or related field
A minimum of 7+ years of experience in financial analytics, business intelligence, or data product management
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, especially early-career professionals, with a commitment to skill-building and career development
Strong experience with Power BI or Tableau, data modeling, and enterprise BI architectures
Understanding of modern data platforms, AI capabilities, and experience with financial systems like SAP ECC/S4, EPM and Hyperion
Proven leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, drive process improvements, and support complex change initiatives
Strong end-to-end process thinking, with the ability to connect financial processes to data and reporting solutions

Preferred

Master's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or similar
Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex topics and build relationships across a global organization
Comfort working in a dynamic, matrixed environment with shifting priorities
Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, or enterprise data warehousing and advanced data analytics concepts
Familiarity with FP&A processes, EPM systems, and financial reporting cycles
Prior leadership role in financial transformation, BI modernization, or data governance initiatives
Lean or continuous improvement experience driving measurable efficiency gains
Experience in a large, global organization (medical device preferred)

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
