The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with voice and data cabling and will be responsible for installing cabling, reading blueprints, and managing helpers on site.

Responsibilities
Install voice and data cabling in new construction environments
Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
Run jobs independently, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and provide updates to project leads
Manage helpers on site, ensuring productivity and quality of work
Interface professionally with customers and other trades in the field
Install cable pathways including tray, J‑hooks, and conduit
Pull and dress Category 6+ copper and fiber optic cable
Terminate faceplates, jacks, and patch panels
Follow job site safety standards and construction best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience installing low‑voltage voice and data cabling
Ability to work with minimal supervision on active construction sites
Experience leading or mentoring junior technicians or helpers
Strong communication skills for customer and team interaction
Familiarity with hand tools, drills, and general construction equipment
Reliable transportation
Timely, dependable, and self‑motivated
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
Experience in low voltage, electrical, or general construction preferred
