Customer Service Coordinator

Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for customers during their relocation
Collaborate closely with sales staff, operations planners, and dispatch to deliver top‑quality service
Manage all daily activities related to household goods relocations
Obtain orders, collect customer information, and provide quotes
Prepare estimates and coordinate third‑party services as needed
Create and maintain customer profiles
Register orders and prepare operational documents (tickets, bills of lading, etc.)
Send client correspondence confirming move details and dates
Support military OA/DA processes
Conduct post‑move quality calls to ensure satisfaction
Prepare driver paperwork and client reports
Ensure accurate invoicing
Handle international relocations, including bookings and OA/DA
Initiate and process quick claims
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely solutions
Schedule services with dispatch
Assist team members as needed to maintain smooth operations
Make decisions regarding non‑revenue issues (third‑party services, quick claims, date extensions)

Qualification

Required

2+ years of administrative, customer service, or operational support experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first approach

Preferred

Experience in logistics or transportation preferred
