Partner with our other very senior Rails developers who have been using the framework since 2.3
Work closely with Claude to ship using agentic workflows and ALLM
Make architectural decisions that drive the next generation of our tech stack
Work closely with technical product teams to create custom user experience-led features
Navigate from front to back end architecture improvements
Built out 3rd party integrations
Qualification
Required
Ruby on Rails
React
AWS (EC2, Lambda, IAM, VPC, S3)
Interest in AI, Gen, AI, and/or Claude
Preferred
Experience with JavaScript, Vue, TypeScript
Experience with Ansible
Experience with Terraform
Experience with CloudFormation
Experience with Linux
Experience with Postgres
Experience with AI tools like Cursor, Claude, Replit
