Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies for electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Responsible for the sales, profit, and quality of the area operation
Make regular sales calls on existing major accounts and establish contact with new accounts
Lead and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
Conduct regular inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety standards
Collaborate with project managers and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with ongoing projects
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, testing results, and equipment status using management software
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for maintenance operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are in place
Establish and enforce safety protocols and procedures for all electrical maintenance activities
Qualification
Required
Minimum five years of same or similar work experience in the Industrial Service Industry
Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role within the electrical maintenance field
Strong knowledge of electrical testing procedures and maintenance practices
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including NEC and OSHA
Sales background to manage our Maintenance Team
