Responsibilities
Collaborate and lead in partnership with a Product Manager and Tech Lead to execute product initiatives on a cross-functional team
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Conduct usability testing to validate design concepts and iterate based on feedback and launch new products and services that align with business goals
Design elegant flows & interactions for a global audience across platforms
Give and solicit feedback from designers and cross-disciplinary partners
Qualification
Required
1 to 3+ years of experience with end-to-end product design and delivery
Excellent communication skills
Strong ability to articulate and defend design decisions
Mentorship to junior designers
Strong business acumen
Experience shipping product (preferably SaaS)
Have cross-platform design experience (Web, Android, iOS)
Proficiency in designing and prototyping complex solutions in Figma
Data-driven research, user and usability testing skills
Preferred
Front-end engineering experience is a plus
