InternFulcrum GT is seeking a Startup Lab Associate for UX Design and Research to build an innovative product over the summer. The role involves engaging with customers, gathering feedback, analyzing user needs, and iterating on designs to create a functional MVP by the end of the program.

Responsibilities
Gather customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights
Analyze findings to clearly define user needs and translate them into actionable design goals
Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, investors, and team members
Design and deliver user process flows, prototypes, mockups and wireframes optimized for the domain of relevant devices and interfaces
Develop the confidence to take new ideas from concept to reality
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or advanced degree in User Experience Design, Human Computer Interaction, or related field from a top-tier university/college, or able to demonstrate significant professional work experience
Open minded, curious learner, and comfortable with ambiguity
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Depth of skill in UX Design and Research, with the patience and willingness to collaborate across other disciplines
Entrepreneurial mindset, biased towards action, comfortable with fast-paced environment
You must be fully available—onsite—from June 1 2025 through 28 August 2025
