Responsibilities
Support the programmatic and administrative activities of the Max Clinic
Provide project coordination for the Max Clinic
Assist with the development and implementation of program policies and procedures
Work across a multi-agency team to reach the most vulnerable people with HIV
Lead the development of program promotion, outreach, and communication strategies to support program goals and increase community awareness and use of Max Clinic services
Coordinate work with Max Clinic partners to promote services and education in the community
Maintain collaborative working relationships with other public health service providers
Ensure Max Clinic staff enter clinical data into the EMR System, Careware system, and other systems in a timely manner
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course work in nursing, public health, behavioral science, sociology, psychology, or related field
2 years managing a program or coordinating a public health project in a clinic setting
Or relevant combination of education and experience
