Responsibilities
Assemble and test production engines, fuel tanks, and ignition systems
Assemble, test and calibrate production rotor systems and related components
Perform propulsion systems development, fabrication, and assembly
Troubleshoot failure modes and provide photo documentation
Operate manual machine tools, rill, lathe, mill, dyno etc
Align, fit or assemble propulsion system component parts, using hand or power tools
Maintain part inventory and order replacement inventory as needed
Review of documentations including drawing, schematics, and Bill of materials
Assisting with manufacturing/ production / quality process improvement
Develop work instructions, test procedures and quality documentation
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalency
5 years of relevant experience
Experience designing test setups related to mechanical systems
Understanding of electro-mechanical systems, such as engine test stands, etc
Experience with data acquisition systems
Fundamental understanding of two stroke engines and fuel systems
Experience with tools and equipment related to engines
Ability to work in the US without current, or future need for visa sponsorship/work authorization is required for this opportunity
