Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME)
MyRemoteTeam Inc is seeking a Marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) who specializes in marketing strategy, execution, and analytics. The role involves translating marketing workflows into insights and collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing intelligence and automation.
Responsibilities
Label, curate, and validate marketing datasets (ad copies, campaign briefs, KPIs, customer segments, etc.)
Design realistic marketing scenarios (brand launches, A/B testing, multi-channel campaigns)
Map end-to-end marketing workflows: planning → execution → measurement → optimization
Identify key decision points, metrics, and dependencies
Review marketing outputs for relevance, creativity, tone, accuracy, and compliance
Collaborate with product and data teams to define use cases such as campaign recommendations, content personalization, audience segmentation, and performance prediction
Identify opportunities to improve marketing efficiency and decision-making
Stay updated with evolving marketing technologies, data platforms, and generative AI tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
7+ years of hands-on marketing experience
Campaign strategy & execution (digital, social, performance, brand)
Marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
Analytics & reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
Customer segmentation, journey mapping, and content strategy
Media planning, A/B testing, and ROI optimization
Strong ability to translate marketing problems into structured data or workflows
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience working cross-functionally with product, data science, or engineering teams
