Help Desk Support Analyst
CBIZ is partnering with a mid-size law firm in the search for a Help Desk Support Analyst for their West Los Angeles office. The role involves providing Level I and II support for software and hardware issues both in person and over the phone, along with coordinating new hire onboarding and providing end-user training.
Responsibilities
Identifies, investigates, and resolves users’ problems with computer software and hardware
Provide first- and second-level technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in person
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, printer, network, VPN, and connectivity issues for in-office and remote users
Support Windows 11, Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), iManage, Adobe/PDF applications, and document formatting issues
Coordinate new hire onboarding, including account creation, equipment setup, and orientation support
Provide end-user training on firm-supported applications
Build, install, configure PCs, and perform software upgrades as necessary
Setup wireless printers
Qualification
Required
5+ years of recent help desk experience out of a mid-size to large law firm (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE)
Proficiency with iManage and Microsoft 365
Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn other computer hardware and software programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to support users at all levels of the organization
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment
MUST BE ABLE TO PHYSICALLY WORK IN OFFICE IN WEST LOS ANGELES 3 DAYS PER WEEK
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree or Program Certificate preferred
