Responsibilities
Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for roadway infrastructure projects
Collect and analyze field data to support the design and development of project plans
Utilize advanced CADD software to produce construction documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications
Collaborate with engineers and other design team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Interpret and apply design manuals, guidelines, and standards, with support and review from senior staff as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in CADD Technology, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related field
0-3 years of relevant experience in roadway or transportation projects
Demonstrated interest in roadway, transportation, or related infrastructure through prior internships, work experiences, or applied academic coursework
Proficiency in CADD software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or OpenRoads
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in CADD Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field
Experience with ArcGIS and MicroStation
