Pro Product Development Representative

Responsibilities
Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging new or existing customers, demonstrating value of add-on products and the core ServiceTitan platform with booking overview calls/demonstrations for Account Managers
Conduct high volume engagement through outbound calls (30/day) and emails
Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers and prospects
Drive customers/ prospects to discover unmet needs or pain points and how we can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those pain points
Work closely and collaboratively with Account Managers to develop and implement appropriate communication plans
Log and maintain all activity in tech stacks provided
Assist with weekly reporting on active campaigns and any ad-hoc requests
Act as a liaison for customers and other internal teams, e.g. Core Sales, Pro Sales Team, Customer Success,Support, etc
Tradeshow and event attendance with crossover booking between both Core and Pro
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success (in a cross-sell or up-sell capacity)
12+ months of outbound calling experience
Ability to travel domestically 50% of the time
Strong interpersonal skills and friendly professional demeanor on the phone
