Responsibilities

Design, develop, modify, integrate, test, deploy and support internal Salesforce applications
Enhance Experience cloud to support external customers
Update the DevOps process using in-grown tools and process and assist in identifying efficiencies
Update and maintain the test automations suite built using Cucumber/Selenium
Deliver projects in Agile methodologies
Support planning activities, such as impact assessments, level of effort analysis and developer task assignments
Integrate microservices with the salesforce platform using APIs (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), platform events and other integration mechanisms like MuleSoft
Conduct regular code reviews to ensure best practices are being followed
Support production issues when required

Required

2 - 4+ years of hands-on experience in design, implementation and production support of Salesforce, backend development and API Integration
2 - 4 years' of hands-on professional IT experience within an agile organization
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent working experience
At least one Salesforce Developer Certification
Solid understanding and working knowledge of test automation tools (Cucumber, Selenium, etc)
Proven experience engineering solutions with technologies such as Java, Spring boot, Python scripting, etc. or preferably MuleSoft
Experience with message queues and event streaming platforms
Familiarity with API design principles and best practices
Working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins and GitLab)
Leveraging Freddie enabled AI tools to enhance delivery and velocity
Demonstrates ability to analytically address complex problems, process critical data, establish facts, and draw quality conclusions
Solid understanding of salesforce development concepts, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning components(Aura/LWC) and salesforce APIs
Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
Effective communication
Ability to work across silos

Ability to develop mutually beneficial relationships
