They are seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant/Front Desk to provide general administrative support, manage phone inquiries, maintain schedules, and assist with day-to-day operations.

Providing general administrative support

Maintaining schedules
Performing clerical tasks
Assisting with day-to-day operations
Serving as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Supporting the smooth functioning of the academy
Qualification
Required
Proven customer service experience (this is the primary function of the role), including confidently communicating with customers in person, over the phone, and via email
Highly organized with strong written communication skills, including proper email grammar and formatting
Strong problem-solving skills with the flexibility to adapt to daily studio needs and unexpected situations
Experience handling cash and digital payments, including collecting and processing payments using office software or platforms
Ability to work independently while remaining resourceful and proactive in finding solutions for customers
Detail-oriented with the ability to accurately track customer information, payments, and attendance
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration is a plus
Available: Mon (3:30PM-9:30PM), Wed (3:30PM-8PM), Fri (3:30PM-9PM), Sat (8:30AM-1:30PM)

Dance background preferred, but not required
