Encord is building the AI infrastructure of the future, focusing on improving data quality for AI products. The Associate Solutions Engineer will serve as a technical bridge between engineering and customers, supporting sales cycles and integrating Encord's platform into customer pipelines.

Responsibilities

Write Python scripts to build technical POCs, ingest data, and integrate Encord into customer pipelines

Support sales cycles with technical discoveries and uncover ML team pain points

Master the Encord platform and SDK to guide users and answer technical questions

Translate technical concepts to business value for non-technical stakeholders

Channel customer feedback to Product and Engineering to shape platform roadmap

Qualification

Required

Recent Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Physics, Math, Engineering, or related STEM field

Comfortable writing Python (academic or internship experience counts)

Technical curiosity — you love debugging, APIs, and logic puzzles

Clear communicator who can explain code to anyone

Entrepreneurial — curious about how startups scale

SF-based, 3+ days/week in office

Recent grad or early career pro with STEM degree

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred
