Client Support Associate

Qualification
Required
Detailed Oriented
Proficiency in providing support services and working collaboratively as part of a team
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach to relationship management
Experience in safeguarding sensitive and confidential information
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience in technical support and ability to troubleshoot administrative issues
Strong organizational and writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & generally tech-savvy
Ability to work on-site in Richmond, VA
Preferred
Experience with Advyzon, Fidelity, Schwab and/or Altruist
Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
An interest in marketing is a plus
