Qualification
Required
Expertise in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and with minimized downtime
Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for diagnosing and resolving technical issues effectively
Proven ability to deliver excellent Customer Service, including clear communication and relationship management
Previous experience in the CNC service industry is required
