Responsibilities
Help lead oversight of the space data management program, including vendor management, control ownership, issue resolution, working group coordination and roadmap alignment
Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo control standards, risk mitigation expectations, and documentation quality
Support the management of a variety of stakeholders within Corporate Properties Group, CAO and across business functions
Help analyze current‑state operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support process optimization efforts
Lead cross‑functional work groups and program delivery from concept through implementation
Help develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, processes, and workflows
Work independently to make recommendations for improvement
Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners
Qualification
Required
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Preferred
Experience with Corporate Real Estate data
Knowledge of Real Estate lifecycle
Knowledge of Real Estate data elements
Experience with continuous improvement methodologies
Experience with process development
Knowledge of operational controls and governance
Vendor management skills
Change management skills
Stakeholder relationship management skills
Ability to lead initiatives through ambiguity
Advanced analytical or reporting skills
Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
