Entry Level Chemical/ Process Engineer - Pittsburgh or Albany (ELE)

Responsibilities
Work on state-of-the-art projects
Implement, modify, and maintain process designs
Assist with the development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)
Develop Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Develop equipment specifications
Perform sizing calculations for pipe and equipment
Ensure design and construction conform to functional specifications, recognized codes and standards, and customer requirements
Build technical skills by utilizing software such as PipeFlo, AFT Fathom, Bluebeam, and SmartPlant
Manage time and responsibilities effectively while maintaining a high standard work product
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
Basic understanding of process design principles and standards
Previous relevant internship experience
Ability to work in-person in our Moon Township Office or Client Site
Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship (sponsorship will not be available for this role now or in the future)
Preferred
Familiarity with Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs)
Basic knowledge of ASPEN, PipeFlo (Professional and Compressible), AFT Fathom, HTRI, WinGems, and SmartPlant
Previous exposure to manufacturing processes, process engineering and design activities
Engineer In Training (EIT) Certificate or on track to obtain within 6 months of hire
