New Grad, Entry LevelKW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Pool & Beach Attendant responsible for maintaining a safe and clean aquatic recreational area for guests or residents. The role involves greeting residents, assisting with lounge covers and umbrellas, and ensuring compliance with Association Rules and Regulations.

Welcoming and Greeting residents. Assisting them with lounge covers, towers and umbrellas etc
Maintain sign-in sheet
Set up umbrellas and the cabanas
Makes sure infused water placed on the table, as well as the plastic cups
Towels prepared and offered to the residents
Ensuring residents are complying with Association Rules and Regulations
Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor
Work in collaboration with the Restaurant attendant
Remove dirty towels and trash
Maintain and organize the pool/beach furniture and tables
Complete daily check list
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in a related position
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Ability to organize and prioritize
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Preferred
Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred
Be extremely Customer Service oriented and have multitasking skills
Greet and meet all the residents, members and guests. Ability communicate effectively with other staff
Must be a team Player
