Responsibilities
Prepare Quantity Take-Offs and Provide Estimate Support
Manage Project Submittal and Material delivery Schedules
Review Shop Drawings and Material Submittals in correlation to the Design Requirements
Prepare and Document Accurate Meeting Minutes
Update and Maintain Project Record Documents, Specifications, and Logs
Assemble Project Closeout Documentation
Request, Review, and Collate Subcontractor/Trade Partner Pricing
Draft and Review Project RFI’s for Submission to the Design Team
Take and Manage Progress Photos
Manage Subcontractor/Trade Partners Scopes of Work as Assigned
Participate in Overall Project Safety
Contribute to Company Committee
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture
Minimum of One (1) Year of Experience Working for a Commercial General Contractor
Ability to Work with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Creativity and the Ability to Innovate
Positive Attitude and Willingness to Learn
Leadership Skills with a Willingness to Lead by Example
Valid Washington State Driver's License with the Ability to Provide Proof of a Clean Driving Record
Able to Pass a Pre-employment Drug Screening and a Criminal Background Check
Preferred
Knowledge of P6, Vista, Autodesk, PlanGrid, and BlueBeam
