5+ years expPrestige Capital Group is seeking a highly experienced individual to become the Head of Training and Development for Prestige Car Wash and Gas. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and certifying training for every position, primarily focusing on Managers and District Managers, and requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities
Own the entire training lifecycle for Managers, District Managers and new hires from onboard day 1 through certification sign off
Build, document, and maintain role-specific training programs for all positions
Serve as the final sign-off authority, certifying employees are trained, capable, and ready
Ensure training standards are met consistently across all locations
Perform each role personally to fully understand expectations before training others
Train employees on-site in real operating conditions
Work outdoors as needed in all-weather elements (rain, heat, cold, snow)
Model proper execution, pace, safety, and customer service standards
Develop and maintain training manuals, SOPs, and written guides
Create training videos showing day-to-day responsibilities and expectations
Continuously update materials as processes evolve
Lead onboarding for new employees, Managers, and District Managers
Manage small-group and one-on-one training sessions
Track training progress and completion
Address gaps and retrain as needed
Develop and maintain a designated training location that represents Prestige standards
Travel regularly to car wash locations throughout Massachusetts
Support retraining, recertification, and performance improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
5–10+ years of professional training experience required
Experience in fast-paced, operational environments (multi-site operations preferred)
Proven ability to train, manage, and certify large groups of employees
Comfortable working in outdoor operational environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience creating training manuals and video content
Highly organized with strong follow-through
Willingness to travel statewide
Ability to stand, walk, and work on-site for extended periods
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to perform operational duties as part of the training process
Preferred
Car wash industry experience is a plus but not required
Bi-Lingual is a plus but not required
