Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retail partners, and sales teams
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting or exceeding monthly sales goals
Support independent sales organizations (ISOs) and retail partners in driving AT&T sales
Conduct training sessions, in-store demonstrations, and new hire coaching for sales associates
Visit partner locations daily to monitor compliance, resolve customer escalations, and ensure the AT&T brand is represented effectively
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales, retail, or customer-facing experience (wireless/telecom experience is a plus)
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Ability to travel daily between stores within assigned territory (driver's license and reliable transportation required)
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, based on retail partner needs
Preferred
Bilingual skills are a plus
