Manage multiple projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance
Prepare contract bid documents and oversee construction phase services
Coordinate with subconsultants and maintain strong client relationships
Supervise and mentor design engineers and drafting personnel
Qualification
Required
12–20 years of experience in structural design for transportation infrastructure
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Maryland
Expertise in AASHTO LRFD bridge design
Strong knowledge of steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete structures
Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills
Preferred
MS in Civil Engineering
6+ years leading design engineers and drafting personnel
