Responsibilities
General Office Duties Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Prepare care pro interview and training materials; care consultation and client journals for future use Prepare birthday cards for clients/care pros monthly Determine office supplies needed Filing and scanning documents appropriately Maintains a clean work environment, takes out trash and cleans tables
Client Support Responsibilities Completes service inquiries Schedules care consultations Monitors WellSky Dashboard for clock ins/outs Reviews Always on Call after-hours log for follow-up and directs appropriately Ability to answer general questions related to schedule and inquiries for care
Care Professional Responsibilities Supports Care Professionals general questions and directs to appropriate Key Player Obtains Care Professionals picture and makes identification badges
