Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage process parameters for automated and robotic manufacturing equipment
Support and execute daily work orders to meet production and customer requirements
Operate and support manufacturing equipment with a hands-on, shop-floor presence
Assist with process improvement initiatives aligned with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements
Support product documentation, corrective actions, and preventative actions
Participate in preparatory and operational processes related to glass melting, forming, and analysis
Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to maintain stable and efficient operations
Monitor process performance and assist with troubleshooting and continuous improvement efforts
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates with internship experience up to 2 years of relevant experience
Associate's degree in robotics, electrical, mechanical engineering, engineering technology, or a related field
Interest in automated manufacturing, robotics, or advanced production technologies
Willingness to take a hands-on approach in a manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes and procedures
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles is a plus
