Responsibilities
Carry out a range of operational administration tasks accurately and efficiently
Contribute actively in team meetings and share constructive feedback
Cross‑train across multiple functions and administrative processes to support wider business needs
Build and maintain a strong understanding of financial services platforms
Follow processes and guidelines to support good client outcomes
Research and identify solutions, applying clear and logical thinking to resolve issues
Check and verify data to ensure accuracy
Identify exceptions and make the necessary corrections so tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or equivalent, with 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
Minimum of 2 A Levels or equivalent
Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
Strong accuracy and attention to detail
Able to work independently and within a team
Confident communicator with good interpersonal skills who takes an active interest in team and business activity and offers support when needed
