Responsibilities
Maintain clean, accurate CRM records and manage all account updates
Prepare polished, reliable reports that leadership can trust
Support revenue growth by developing or assisting with strategic quotations
Process sales orders quickly, accurately, and professionally
Coordinate workflows to meet customer deadlines without compromise
Partner with outside sales for seamless post‑sale follow‑up
Handle customer calls with confidence, clarity, and strong communication
Address questions and concerns immediately, driving fast, effective resolutions
Navigate pricing tools and policies with accuracy
Conduct ongoing customer needs analysis to stay ahead of shifting requirements
Participate in sales meetings, improvement initiatives, and strategic action items
Lead customer review calls and follow‑up efforts
Assist with escalations when needed
Track and report on quotation activity, bookings, and other key metrics
Support proposal development, marketing campaigns, and other sales‑driven projects
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, strong attendance, and a reliable team‑first mindset
Preferred
Associates or Bachelors in Marketing or Business Administration
Mastery of pricing systems and adherence to internal guidelines
Ability to translate customer insights into actionable intelligence for the sales team
Strong analytical instincts and attention to detail
Confidence in leading customer conversations and building long‑term relationships
Ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
