Responsibilities
Lead advanced engineering projects across multiple disciplines with increasing independence
Perform engineering assignments ranging from limited scope to complex, multi-disciplinary projects
Assist with project management, negotiations, performance tracking and reporting
Plan, organize, and manage engineering projects while ensuring regulatory compliance
Lead technical teams and engage in high-level decision-making and technical analysis
Oversee utility-scale solar, BESS, and power plant operations projects
Ensure designs meet project specifications, safety standards, and long-term performance goals
Provide engineering oversight for electrical distribution systems, power systems, and computational analysis
Manage civil infrastructure components including foundations, site grading, and drainage systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
15+ years of progressive engineering experience
Proven leadership experience in technical team environments
Strong background in utility-scale solar and energy storage systems
Experience with electrical distribution systems and power systems analysis
Knowledge of ASME standards and regulatory compliance requirements
Experience with project management and technical oversight
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Proficiency with computational tools (ETAP, EDISON preferred)
