Supervisory Weapons Systems Program Manager
DLA Careers is seeking a Supervisory Weapons Systems Program Manager to oversee and direct nuclear related Customer Relationship Management activities. Responsibilities
As a Supervisory Weapons Systems Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
The Nuclear Enterprise Support office (NESO) Chief serves as an official demand and supply chain technical authority for nuclear related Customer Relationship Management (CRM) policy development, implementation and ensures consistency in application throughout DLA and affiliated industrial activities
Oversees and directs nuclear related CRM activities including performing customer outreach and support functions and representing the Customer Facing Division, Customer Operations Directorate and DLA, as a customer advocate and a liaison with DLA personnel in creating demand plans to forecast anticipated nuclear weapon system support customer requirements, solving and/or coordinating the resolution of customer order/support problems, and developing customer service improvements and associated implementing guidance
Directs work to ensure the overall success of the nuclear customer's relationship with DLA
Ensures nuclear customer requirements and service agreements are met in terms of quality of service, timeliness and accuracy of order fulfillment, and accuracy of demand forecasting
Responsible for operational oversight of the analytical functions performed across Financial Management, Order Fulfillment, Planning, Procurement, and Technical/Quality processes
Process management metrics data are within tolerance and processes are regularly monitored to ensure they remain auditable

Defense Acquisition Workforce Critical Acquisition position. Must complete DoD certification and other requirements
One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position
To qualify at the GS-14 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector
Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement
Creditable specialized experience includes: Coordinates with customers, CRM, and Order Fulfillment and Planning process areas on performing customer outreach and support, resolving customer order/support issues, generating customer demand plans, providing weapon system logistical support, reviewing performance, and developing customer service and other operational improvements
Engages with organizations having Nuclear Enterprise oversight and collaboration to align policy, procedures, supply chain responsibilities for Nuclear Weapons Related Materiel (NWRM) cataloging and item assignment, roll up and trend analysis of DLA performance regarding world-wide inventories of NWRM materiel
Supervises, manages, coaches, guides, and directs the work of subordinates to ensure the efficient/effective accomplishment of assigned functions
Engages in a broad range of integrated logistics functions vital to the coordination of demand planning, order fulfillment and customer services activities
Accountable for customer readiness through weapon system/troop and general program management
